Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally! Standard shipping is Canada Post Expedited which offers a tracking number and delivery confirmation, and takes 1 - 7 days. Shipping charges are calculated during check-out and are based on package weight and distance.
Costs are calculated during check-out and is based on weight and distance. When specifying the delivery address, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers that will be required for delivery.
If the address information that is provided is not valid, our courier may be unable to deliver your package and we will not refund product or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. If you would like us to ship the product again to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for the additional product and shipping charges.
Happy Soul accepts returns for exchange or store credit only, we do not offer refunds.
Please contact us to notify us of any returns or issues with your order. Exchanges or store credits will be processed once we receive the returned item in the store. You must include a tracking number when returning an order to verify postmark and delivery information, as well as your mailing and contact information.
If you choose to return an item, it must be in the original condition, packaging, with the bill, and mailing and contact information, and returned within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
If you received either an incorrect or a damaged item, we will be happy to replace it for you. Any damaged items or errors in your shipment must be reported to us within 72 hours via email with a photo, and proof of receipt of your shipment. You will not be charged for shipping of any replacement items due to damage or an error made on our behalf, however you will be responsible for returning the item to us.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer
Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or, our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labour disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks. Shipping refunds may not be given if an incorrect delivery address was provided, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
